Steven Edward Neff of Fredericksburg passed away on May 26, 2024 at the age of 58. He was born in Twentynine Palms CA. to Charles E. Neff and Thelma June Ramsey.
He is survived by his parents Charles E. Neff and Thelma June Meeker, children Austin Neff and wife Britney, Chris Neff, and Sara Neff; brother Charles Neff and wife Cheryl.
Per his wishes Steven will be cremated with a private service at a later date.
