With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of our beloved Nana, whose warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her.
Nana found joy in life's simple, beautiful moments. She adored the soft comfort of Carolina blue, a color that now forever reminds us of her calm and loving presence. Her most cherished time was spent with her daughter and granddaughter—her heart, her pride, and her greatest joy. They were truly attached at the hip, always side by side and always ready for their next adventure together, especially in their bright and happy "pink world."
She could often be found with a word find puzzle in hand or lost in the pages of a good book, embracing quiet moments filled with curiosity and peace. Her magnificent salt and pepper collection was a true reflection of her personality—unique, charming, and thoughtfully gathered over the years, each piece holding its own special story.
Though our hearts ache in her absence, we find comfort in the signs she leaves behind. Whenever a red bird appears, we are sweetly reminded of her—a gentle symbol of her love and her peaceful journey, a beautiful gateway to heaven that connects us still. We like to imagine her now, tending to heaven's gardens, carefully pruning the roses just as lovingly as she cared for all of us.
Nana's love remains woven into our lives, guiding us, comforting us, and reminding us to cherish each moment just as she did.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
