William "Bill" Richard Miller of Fredericksburg passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 85. He was born in Troy NY to Victor and Elsie Mealy Miller. On March 29, 1990 he married Sharon Carr.  He worked for the State of New York and retired to Texas.

Bill is survived by his wife Sharon Carr Miller, brother-in law Robert Carr and wife Suzan of Clifton Park NY, nephew Christopher Carr of  Colorado Springs CO.

Per his wishes he will be cremated with a private family service at a later date.
